3. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal study purposes.
- Do not copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
- Ensure accuracy of your personal information if creating an account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium app subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund policies. Driving Tests Prep does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside Apple’s system.
5. Limitations of Liability
We make every effort to provide accurate and updated content. However, we are not liable for any damages, test failures, or losses resulting from reliance on our materials. Official DMV results depend on multiple factors outside our control.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of applicable state and federal courts.
